Apple's Space Gray AirPods Max have received a new discount on Amazon today, dropping the headphones down to $477.77, down from $549.00. Only Space Gray is available at this new all-time low price for the AirPods Max, but Sky Blue and Green are only slightly higher at $489.99.

This sale beats the previous low price by about $13, and it's now the best deal available online for Apple's AirPods Max. The headphones are shipped by Amazon and are in stock today, so anyone with Prime shipping can get them within the next few days with free shipping.

We track sales for every model of the AirPods in our Best AirPods Deals guide, so be sure to bookmark that page while you shop around for the wireless headphones.

One day these will populate landfills and be deemed artifacts of a bygone era. But for now, enjoy, whoever spent money on these. Thoughts and prayers.

To save a bit more, you can price match Amazon with Target and use a Target Red Card to get an additional 5% off of the price match. That's brings the price down to $453.82. The item must be sold directly by Amazon and be in stock at Target, obviously…

I was on the fence about buying them, then I heard Dolby Atmos tracks on them and was sold.

The mix on "What's Up?" by 4 Non Blondes is simply great.

I got a pair for my mom and the sound was much louder from the left than the right, it was very annoying. Not sure if it was a defective pair but I returned them. The audio sounded nice, but id rather put that kind of money elsewhere.

After they announced that you can’t use them to listen to the very high quality lossless format on a Mac, even hooked on with a cable, I think they shot themselves in the foot. Massive cans limited by Bluetooth audio.

Totally agree.
A huge reason why someone would pony up this kind of money for over-ear cans would be for listening to lossless audio.

It's nuts that one part Apple was working on APM's and in another corner they were heading towards a release of Apple Music Lossless..... and they seemingly didn't think about each other and a complementary fit.
