It is sold out..who was GULLIBLE enough to purchase them?
Me. I bought 4 when they first came out, sold three and kept the fourth for free. For free (or even a couple hundred bucks) they’re definitely worth it. They have all the features of the AirPods Pro in an over-ear design, but the lack of a wired listening option and high fidelity audio really limit them.

To those who are saying they are overpriced, perhaps so, but now that I've owned them for a couple of weeks I can honestly say that they are really good vs my Sony XM3's if you are in the Apple ecosystem.

Likes:
  • The transparency mode has been a game changer and I now use these over the AirPods Pro for just about all my work phone calls.
  • Best noise canceling. I think that some of this is passive because the cups cut out a lot of noise on their own. The overall effect is stunning.
  • The seamless device switching also works well if, like me, you have all Apple everywhere.
  • Sound quality is so good. I'm no audiophile, but I know bad from good. They are very balanced over a wide range of music types with pleasing bass and crisp highs.
  • Spatial audio. Yes it's a gimmick, but I really like it!

Gripes:
  • Dumb case instead of a power switch. It's so very dumb. Really dumb. I hate that thing.
  • Shorter battery life than the Sony's which sucks because I use them a lot more. I just put them on charge each night.
  • Can be tiring over longer periods of wear. These bad boys are heavy and clamp on tight.
Where the Sony beats Apple for me-App with EQ and ANC level adjustment. Cost. Case.
