I bought the 65W 3 port version at the same price before Christmas but will be returning it because the usb A port doesn’t charge an Apple Watch with 3 devices connected. I thought I could have one charger for all my travel devices (watch, phone, iPad), but no.

Do you know if it charges at 140W or can it just charge devices at 140W that can accept that?
The device has to accept 140W. So it's not going to charge your iPhone any faster than a simple 18W charger will. But it will charge a 16" MacBook Pro at full-speed, where lesser battery packs can't.

Really, unless you have a high-end laptop that can take more than 100W of charging, it's not worth buying, as you can get a lower wattage charger for less (or one with more capacity).

Found this on Anker's website...the disclaimer at the bottom about the Apple Watch is a little odd...

Thanks but I wonder what the max input is. Right now we have a 65W, and the higher ones get expensive. I like the fact it's a bank with 2 USB-C, and it has the display.

OK hunting on the Anker site it does show 140W in. Just have to see how fast it recharges at 65W

It's 140W both ways. It can charge a device at 140W and it can be recharged at 140W.

Recently got a Aukey I like that's super slim, carries almost the same capacity and has plenty of charging options. Allows recharging with USB-Micro, Lightning, or USB-C, so I've got plenty of options when traveling. But been considering this bigger one for when I travel with the laptop at times.

Thanks. Yea I remember seeing that one with the triple inputs. Never saw a bank before with Lightning In.

The Lightning-in is nice. Already carry a USB-C to Lightning when I travel to charge the iPhone, so I can use the same cable to charge the battery pack when at the AirBnB and then use that cable to charge the iPhone later when out and about if needed.

Got this great international adaptor. Works in over 210 countries. Has 3 USB-C and 2 USB-A. It also will fast-charge an iPhone and supply up to 65W. When I was just in Iceland, Sweden, and Denmark, all I brought was that adaptor. Could plug-in in any country, without the need for additional adaptors, and could charge everything.

Does this mean that Apple MagSafe 3 cables only work with Apple-branded chargers?

I'm curious to know the details.

🤔

I've used my MagSafe 3 cable with the Anker 2-port USB-C charger (2x20 watts) with my M1 Pro MacBook Pro and even an Anker USB-A charger with no problems. Charging is obviously really slow. I was looking at the tiny 30 watt charger. This would be enough for my MacBook Pro and my 2x20 could charge my phone and watch.
