Today you can shop all-time low prices on the 13-inch MacBook Pro, which launched with the M1 chip in late 2020. Both sale prices listed below will be reflected at the checkout screen after you add each notebook to your cart, thanks to an automatic coupon.

Starting with the 256GB 13-inch MacBook Pro, this model is on sale for $1,099.99, down from $1,299.00. Only Space Gray is available at this price, and it's in stock and ready to ship from Amazon today.

Next, Amazon has the 512GB 13-inch MacBook Pro for $1,249.99, down from $1,499.00. This is a new lowest ever price on this model, but it does have a slightly delayed shipping estimate. If you order today, Amazon notes that you should see the MacBook Pro ship out within five days.

Today's deals on Amazon are solid offers across the board on the 13-inch MacBook Pro, and perfect for anyone who wants to save a lot of money, particularly when comparing these models with the newest 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros. Prices on those models currently start at $1,949.99 for a discounted 14-inch MacBook Pro, and because they're new we aren't expecting steep deals anytime soon.

You can find even more discounts on other MacBooks by visiting our Best Deals guide for MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. In this guide we track the steepest discounts for the newest MacBook models every week, so be sure to bookmark it and check back often if you're shopping for a new Apple notebook.

Just to let you know, I paid 1600 from Amazon for the 512 GB model. I would grab this while I can. I will certainly be waiting out next time. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see similar deals for the 2021 MacBook Pro next year.

How did you pay 1600 when it retails for 1499? From a third party or something while they were out of stock? It's a great device, but paying more than Apple charges is a bad idea.

This is a really good laptop for students that don't need the storage or RAM at a really good price. It's slightly more than the MacBook Air, but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Looks like a good deal.

Amazon, could I ask you to knock $50 off the AirPods 3 so I can purchase them today please?

Not bad, but if you keep it long enough you will probably be able to witness Apple dropping much of the functionality of the Touch Bar as you keep upgrading it. Remember how Front Row functionality made your Mac look like an Apple TV, then Apple came out with Apple TV and then your Mac could no longer do what it did before? Yeah, that's the Touch Bar.

Well, I had a $100 Amazon gift card laying around doing nothing, so I pulled the trigger on this deal. A 13-inch M1 MBP for $999. I'll enjoy the longer battery life compared with the MBA and also the enhanced cooling system that will allow me to run the chip harder for longer - if necessary.

Would I like a 14-inch MBP? Sure. But it starts at two grand. I'll do just fine with this set up for a couple of years - until the fire sales on this new generation of machines. The thousand-dollar difference might allow me to go for an iPhone 13 Pro or maybe even a new iMac with trade-in.

I ordered one as well to replace my 2019 i5 1.4. Seems like a good upgrade especially with what I should be able to get back from selling the 2019 model.

is there a 16gb version of this? is it easily upgradeable afterwards?
I just bought a refurbished Space Gray MacBook Air 16GB/512GB for US$1229 from the Apple store online before taxes. That might be your best bet. I kept refreshing the page since stock changes so often. That morning nothing and that night my 16GB model showed up.

Is $800 for a MacBook Air M1 purchased in August 2021 a good deal?

Is 8gb/254gb ssd enough room to power illustrator and work on web pages?

So true. The best deal around is a refurbed M1 Air for $849.
Forget refurb. Micro Center has them for $799 brand new.

There is little to no reason to get a 13" Pro over an Air. Extremely similar performance, heavier, thicker, gimmicky Touch Bar. There's no one I'd recommend it to.
