How did you manage that?
I ordered 2 items when I preordered the iPad from Costco. I had a $100 off coupon for the iPad that I applied to the order. I ended up returning the other item (return to sender) because there was a demo at a store and bought it. Well, the item was credited to my acct but somehow the promo code got broken up and I didn’t receive the entire $100 off for the iPad so I asked them to make it whole. I was only given $75 off instead of the $100. A couple of days later I received an email saying I will be getting $109 off my order ($100 for the iPad and $9 for taxes) and it was listed as a customer appreciation credit. Costco already does $50 off the iPad. If you add up the $50+$75(original discount)+$109(customer appreciation credit) it brings my cost down to $865+tax. Hell of a deal and I love Costco! I just got really lucky.

That was a good deal. I had a $50 coupon from Costco, so $100 off retail, but that wasn't enough for me to spring. Congratulations. Yes, we like Costco, too.

Would love to have an M1 iPad Pro but just cannot muster a single reason to sell my perfectly good 2018 iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. It's still very, very fast and responsive and works great.

Safe to say that you won’t miss anything if you skip this year. Until the OS improves and offers desktop class apps to take advantage of the hardware, in my mind, there is little incentive to upgrade if you have 2018 and newer. I’m sure the 2017 also is doing fine still as well. The ipads hardware has outpaced the apps for it.

Same. Today is my final day to return it if I take it into the Apple store. I bought the 512gb model and kinda wish I had just gotten the 256GB. SO TEMPTING.

I usually prefer getting my Apple products from Apple directly but this is truly giving me pause. Then I think, well MORE storage is never a bad thing and returning and reordering is such a hassle. I’ll probably just keep this one but yeah… I had already been thinking to myself that it’d be nice if this iPad didn’t cost over $1,500.00 after taxes. Combined with the white Magic Keyboard price tag… yeah it hurts. I don’t need a MBP either but I want that 14“ screen that’s rumored. My biggest grip with Apple’s MBP or MBA is their bezels. I love me my Apple products but they waste a lot of potential screen space.
I'm pretty sure there's poison in our food that makes us more anxious. I don't believe the "caffeine is bad" hype, but I do believe that the many toxic compounds in actual coffee are actually toxic. Why would they call toxins toxic anyways? Same question for cancerogenic btw...
