Verizon today is discounting Apple's 2021 AirPods Pro with MagSafe Charging Case to $159.99, down from $249.99. As with other Verizon sales, free two day shipping is available and you don't need to be a Verizon customer to get this deal.

This price point on the AirPods Pro is a match of the previous all-time low price that we most recently saw very briefly on Amazon. Stock for the 2021 AirPods Pro has been dwindling since the announcement of the second generation model, so Verizon's deal today makes for a great chance to get the previous generation model at its best price before it disappears again.

This model of the AirPods Pro was introduced in 2021 with the MagSafe Charging Case, but otherwise the headphones themselves are the same as the 2019 AirPods Pro.

Verizon also has a great deal on the HomePod mini, with every color dropping to $79.99, down from $99.99. HomePod mini deals are also very rare, making for another solid early Black Friday offer from the carrier.

We're keeping track of all of the season's best Apple-related deals in our Black Friday roundup, so be sure to check back throughout the month for an updated list of all the most notable discounts you'll find for Black Friday 2022.

$159.99 for an easier to lose AirPods Pro. Might not be a bad deal.
Still wish the discount is for AirPods Pro 2 tho.

AirPods Pro 2 can be had for only $30 more than these, though if you buy these AirPods Pro 1 at Target with price match and get the extra 5% off with Red Card/Discover card, then the AirPods Pro 2 would be $38 more than these.

That's a stellar price for APP 1st gen. Compared to its peers like Bose and Sony it still rocks!

Thing is not everyone can get along with these silicon tipped earbuds, I find the plastic AirPods for my ears fine, but some Sennheiser ones I’ve got with silicon tips but with much smaller earbuds and a cable always fall out.

Well that’s quite a bit of jump. Tbh though, I’d rather get one that I can secure than one that I can’t. Lost earbuds twice and case once, eventually losing my entire AirPods Pro.

I can’t keep regular earbuds in my ears. The pro’s silicon tips stay in my ears perfectly. The regular ones fall out.

Same price available at Costco. Requires membership but has better return policy (essentially unlimited for this product).

Bought the APP Gen 1 for same $159 from Amazon at this time a year ago. I would expect the Gen1 price to be even lower by now and am surprised it's not. If Gen2 is available at $199 I would go with that.

Gen1 still has great sound and its ANC is better than my Galaxy Buds2 Pro ANC, IMO.

It’s a funny one, everyone’s ears are different yet all do the same job still. It’s probably why musicians have custom fit earbuds made for stage shows etc.
I’m going to an Apple Store next weekend so if they allow you to try them out like they used to before the pandemic, I’ll give them a fit test.

I‘ve read mixed reviews on the noise cancellation of he Pro Gen 1 and 2, some say the gen 1 are better others the gen 2?
