Some people just don't like the case, to them it matters, nothing more, nothing less.

Why use the "hate" word, I dislike the case, am I a hater just because I don't like it, am I a hater just because I post a message here that I think it's a monstrosity?!

Would you buy / do you need this type of accessory? If not you can easily see how your comment is completely uncalled for. Also what does it add of value to the conversation?

Yea we got it some people think it’s ugly. Not sure why people who already hate this case need to come in here and chime in with the same BS every single time—and have been doing it since the first one was released. Why are you even clicking in this thread if you hate it so damn much?

That being said, this is literally the single best accessory apple has ever created for the iphone to me. I ran out of juice pretty much every single day since i got my X (and my 7) before this came out. Now i can have the brightness at 100 all day long and not care. Before you had to micromanage everything on your phone. I’d constantly run out of juice and people here would be like “kill your apps, have brightness at x%, manually check mail, etc.”. To me, that kind of defeated the purpose of buying a phone like this.

It was like those guys who buy a new corvette and keep it in the garage 29 days a month so they dont put miles on it. Now i just let everything run all the time and NEVER have to worry about battery life. Not everyone has an office job, and for the 9 or so hours i am at work, i have zero access to a power outlet. And to be honest, the stock batteries on the X/Xs simply are not good enough for my usage.

Also, i can plug it into my car and it charges and uses carplay flawlessly thru the lightning port without having to fiddle with switches or whatever.

O, and the “ugly bulge” some people want to change actually makes the phone easier to carry in one hand securely for me the way i hold it. If it was all one flat piece, it would be too big. I also find those otterbox monstrosities people put on their iphones WAY uglier than this.

My iPhone X battery is rarely lower than 50% at the end of the day, I use it fairly often at work. Same as at the weekend when I’m not working and out and about. If you’re using your phone so much that it’s actually going flat and you need this, I think you’ve got bigger problems than needing a battery pack.

You should apply for a job at Apple, you've got just the right "You're doing it wrong" attitude.

I need to charge my X 1-2 every (work) day. It starts up at full but as it's a workhorse, not a toy, I use it as such. I've got a mobile office and as they still haven't come up with a Macbook that has a SIM card slot, I'm forced to use personal hotspot every now and then. On the phone I use Mail a lot, listen to music pretty much constantly whenever I'm not at a customer location, handle my invoicing, calendars, notifications and whatever else. All. The. Time. During lunch - if I end up eating alone - I watch something from Netflix or Youtube depending on whether I want some entertainment or learn about something I need. And so on. I tried gaming on it, but that drained the battery in a few hours so I haven't even tried it since.

What good is a smartphone you can't use? Now I'm dragging a 26800mAh USB-C PD power bank with me to actually be able to work the whole day. It charges both my Macbook (Pro 15") and my phone, both of which run out of juice all the time. i considered the battery case but as I've had very bad experiences with 3rd party ones previously I decided just to get enough oomph to charge the computer, too. I only wish they'd make an actually "Pro" Macbook Pro one could use for working while on the go for even a full work day. And as there are obviously some who claim they can do some light browsing for hours on end without any issues - start up Lightroom Classic CC (or Capture One, or whatever decent RAW processor for that matter in case you were going to blame Adobe next) and see how many images you'll process before you're out of battery. Not many, I tell you.
