The big problem is that you don’t know if they shipped your order or not because you cannot track it. The company also doesn’t know because they too cannot track it. Maybe someone in their office maked it as shipped but it never made it to the post office. There are too many unknowns which can be easly resolved if they pay for tracking. I did a check with one of the 3 discount resellers in China and the package arrived in the city I was sending it to in 5 days. After I made an online purchase for a day or so I did not see any tracking information but the day it was posted gave me a lot of relief.

I asked you a question in another tread. You answered some of it here with the link you posted for Swiss Post. Six days from China to Copenhagen is not bad. Did you ship anything else with dealxtreme or was this the first package you shipped? :)

It got better, they tried to deliver it today but the person I sent it to was not there to accept it. :)

Yes they are all from China and dealextreme has shipping delays which I faced when i ordered for MID tablet pcs. But not all chinese sites delay. I know ChinaBuye, where I ordered my flashlight stuffs in bulk. They did dropshipped without much delay and with free cost. So it depends on who the supplier is not, doesnot matter which country.

Hopefully, it's ok to ask this here but how reliable is AliExpress? I've found some headphones that I'd like to get, they're cheap and I don't expect spectacular quality but I want a backup set. The seller doesn't accept paypal, just visa and mastercard. Is that the norm for this site?

Again, I apologize if the question isn't relevant enough for this topic. I'll post a new thread if I need to.
