I finally called Apple yesterday. My CC was authorized on Monday but no charge has posted yet. Wed. AM my status changed to PFS but when back to Processing later in the day. Anyway she said my computer is in manufacturing now and that shipping should happen within 8 days.

BTO 2.9/16/1TB/460 15" TB ordered Nov 3 just after noon Eastern time. Projected delivery still within window of Dec 13-19. I'm outside of Toronto, Canada. I suspect it will be early or at worst at the start of that window unless they start bumping because they need replacements for people who are having issues.

Was suppose to get mine today... then this happened. Ugh

Hope I get it tomorrow and not anymore delays. Waited so long for this and was so excited to finally get it today. :(

Just don't get how it went from my destination city and state all the way back to the hub... I did call UPS to see if it was at my UPS hub but they said the package is still in KY.

Mine is officially supposed to arrive tomorrow, but it's fallen victim to UPS's crazy tracking system at this point. It's bouncing around in their network like a ping-pong ball, with out-of-order scans, and huge delays to move short distances. Honestly, I believe it probably will show up tomorrow, but if the tracking is to be believed, it may never get here.

Got the shipment notice and tracking number with UPS! Now just the annoying wait before tracking info actually shows up! I'm guessing Monday next week as the most likely delivery date.

This AM estimated delivery is showing Dec. 14. That puts it in the original window as it turns out. It is the front end of the original window at least.

From past experience I have found Apple's delivery estimates to be spot on unless something unplanned happens while in transit (truck breaks down, flight delay, etc.).

UPS was giving me fits as usual. Delivery time kept getting bumped back one day, then another which was a problem because it was now on the day I have to go on a business trip that day and I really want to have the files and settings copied over from my old rMBP before I go. I'm going to our head office and if there is any issues logging into the company servers then IT can sort it out for me right away.

Anyway this morning it just updated to Dec. 13th delivery again so I'm good, and relieved.
