Ridiculously easy. Just reduce your move goal by 50% for the first two days of the month. I'm already starting to feel like my watch has it in for me compared to you guys
Can anyone remind me if this is taken only from walk/run workouts, or does it count the random mileage racked up from walking around the office, home, to the mailbox, etc.?

It's total distance moved on foot. Including workouts but not limited to.
