It’s seems like Apple takes a stat of either Total calories, Total workout minutes, Amount of 15-minute workouts, Average calories per-day, Average workout minutes per-day, or Hit a certain ring and then increases it for the next month. If we close all of our rings every day, then it can’t increase lol. Easy challenge.Mine is sort of dumb. It’s close all my rings every day - so basically have a perfect month which I would do anyway. I’ve closed all my rings every day all year.
