I'm up to 2017/2980 Exercise Minutes for December. That requires me to average 87.5 exercise minutes between now and Dec 31. Yeah that's not gonna happen...
Just shake your wrist for a minute. Yeah, technically it's cheating, but for flights I find it acceptable.Mine was to complete all rings for all 31 days. Since I have several long-haul flights this month where I'm missing half-days due to the time zone changes alone, it looks like I might be missing the stand ring parts of this challenge...
The problem isn't being able to walk around, but rather because I'm changing time zones and will be moving forward a few hours on some days, so if you take into account sleep and all, I have less than 12 hours of free time to complete the 12 hours of stands.Just shake your wrist for a minute. I had this issue as well. My solution was to leave my phone and watch in my original time zone until I had completed the challenges.
