Okies thanks
I got it now as a widget, now how do I get it on my menu bar on the desktop.
Sorry for further retardation:eek:

Also where else can I find cool widgets to add to my desktop and menu bar?

Christmas time! I'll most likely change it soon since I am on the hunt for a good one.

You can use google or even apple website, theres lot of them around :p

Nice. Where did you get your weather and Music desktop icons. Im assuming that Music icon shows whats currently playing right?

The weather widget is Yahoo! Weather.
The album cover is from Bowtie, it shows what you are currently playing. Download the theme pack aswell ;)
Yes, it shows what I'm currently listening.

How do you get the clear black backgrounds on the windows? It really looks like the quick look windows and is really awesome.

**I'm quoting the image because it is an older post in this thread. If the OP isn't looking at the thread, maybe someone else will know**

Well? Anyone know how to do this?

I'd like to have easier access to my status, comp temp ect.
Thanks :)

oh wow, there's some really nice wallpapers here, i feel like i need to stop having the default aurora wallpaper as my desktop wallpaper.

It's a little old, but i haven't stumbled anything better yet.

Funny thing is I don't like politics at all.

I guess that you integrated the windget to your desktop using the
"defaults write com.apple.dashboard devmode YES" command.

Does your widget stay above your other windows or is it behind them ?

Tex

I didn't. It is how the widget just works, try out it. It is a Yahoo! Widget.
It works like a normal window.

Can you or anyone else tell me how can I make my icons be like the one you are using next to your Trash and the System Preferences and Activity Monitor on your Dock ?

Even if I change the icon for it, it keeps showing nothing, unless the icons of the files inside the folder.
