no, im really not ,alot of people have been really closed minded on this album, you gotta understand what kanye has pulled off,i dont know if your a past fan who wants the rapper back, or someone who just hates autotune, but all i can say is people have been to quick to judge this album

I got this one from somewhere on Flickr, which is grayed-out. It's also a grab of my Widget showing snow in Houston today. We get excited easily. :D

Can you or anyone else tell me how can I make my icons be like the one you are using next to your Trash and the System Preferences and Activity Monitor on your Dock ?

Even if I change the icon for it, it keeps showing nothing, unless the icons of the files inside the folder.

If you're talking about the stacks icon, you're going to have to find the icon you want and place it folder for that particular stack. Then you'll have to rename the file to something that will make it appear on the top when you select "Sort by file name". That should do it, but I'm no expert.

I've done that, it is work, altough it is on a little size :(
Is there a way to make it bigger ?

Apply the icon to the folder and choose to display the stack as a folder.

It still looks at the same size.. but showing as folder it does not show what is inside, unless you click it, it displays only the icon on the same size.
I have the icon here, the size is up to 512px :(
