Most people use Candybar to change their icons. It's pretty easy to use and it's app specific too.

Yeah, I know.

But it's $30. And there's honestly no way that I'd ever even think about paying for something like icon replacement.

although I could just go for a trial...

But then again it doesn't support Tiger.

I use img2icns to convert the PNGs to .icns files which should work fine for you.

I forgot to mention, the finder, folder and trash icons are not Token, they are Minium2 by Rad.e8. In case you were wondering.

every icon is pantone pills by borgoman except the adium icon, which is macbook adiumy by szilard. the paper is 1948-2008 by samir.

not very sharp looking because I had to save it as a jpeg.

Seeing as how the most important football game for both myself and my fellow Sailors occurs this Saturday, I decided to make yet another wallpaper for my iMac Core i5 and have attached a screen shot of it. Click to see it in its native resolution (2650x1440). If anyone would like it, please let me know.

actually img2icns and candybar IS tiger compatible,i have them both and i have 10.4 tiger you just have to look further on their site

hey buddy i wanted to THANK YOU for this post cause you lit up a bulb in my head,i was having some trouble with some icons that would not come out just like the guy earlier on this thread but NOW i use img2icn and i can convert those icons that were not coming out to work !!!
