I don't have an original for the desktop. I got it from someone on here a few months ago.
Does anyone know how to make the dock like this? I'm not looking for an icon theme, but rather the transparent grey background.

The dock is actually invisible. I think I remember seeing someone post a link a page or so back. The background is then created using GeekTool.
How do you folks change your icons? Is there a small app for that or do you do them individually?
make the dock invisible and most people add in the line via photoshop or some other image editor.

I recently purchased an iMac Core i5 and decided to once again post my desktops. The screen is enormous, as compared to my 15" GlassBook Pro. I host my iTunes and iPhoto libraries on an external drive, so that while on vacation I can take everything with me. When I fired up both apps on my new iMac, the window sizes remained the same as when last opened on my GlassBook Pro. The screenshot shows just how much larger 2650x1440 is over 1440x900! I have since somewhat become accustomed to its much larger size

It looks like they are using Lätt Classic from the Lätt for OS X collection... although the colors look a little off, the icons are identical though.
There are four different color sets that come in the package... Lätt (Beige / Tan), Lätt Classic (Bluish / Purply), Lätt Office (Grey) & Lätt Park (Green).
The iTunes icon they are using is called iTunes 08 by Jonas Rask. It's about midway down in the far right column. I can't tell which icon is the VLC icon though.
What I see on his screen is Finder, Safari, Mail, iTunes, Twitter (?), RSS Reader, Not sure what the car is, CandyBar, Photoshop and then Time Capsule & Trash. Unless I missed an icon somewhere...
