I think the following speaks for itself. Although I wish to know, how to get rid of the Subject Line and just have the Camera Icon and Typing Line.

Also, a bonus, I have tethering working.

1, It's the same message, but for aesthetics sake, the iPhone OS divides it into 2 (but it is still one in AT&T's eyes).

all you have to is go Settings/Messages and turn off the subject field.

You don't need the text message at all. By Friday, regardless if you got or not the text message, you will have MMS.

For those who got MMS early, how'd you know?

Did you guys just see the camera icon in the text messages or did you update carrier settings in itunes? I'm really confused, seems like some ppl just saw it appear all of a sudden. I'm wondering if the people who have the latest firmware won;t need to update the carrier settings??

You'll get the carrier update through iTunes. The camera icon just won't "appear" on your iPhone tomorrow morning.

I understand that, but how did the people get it yesterday or today or even earlier? It doesn't sound like they modified the carrier setting, and I know the carrier setting is not yet available through itunes.

None next door in Lancaster, PA, also. I kind of suspect AT&T means Sept 25 2010 around here.
