Why should a buyer have to pay ANYTHING for a product that was completely misrepresented?

At the sake of bordering on breaking the rules and being insulting, it was entirely your fault. The buyer should not have to make a "deal" with you.

Then you are good, if he accept the deals (my guess is that he won't, even if a Jailbreak comes soon, that doesn't mean that the Unlock will follow closely it could be months, before the baseband is broken) you are good, if he doesn't accept, them you need to refund the full amount and take the hit for the fees (If you don't ebay/paypal will do it anyway, and you may end up paying enven more)

Save yourself more loss and just refund the money. Otherwise you will be out shipping both ways, I flat out guarantee you.

Obviously, it doesn't matter a hoot what we think about your deals to the buyer. If he is unhappy, he will win a full refund.

Be proactive and refund the money or you will be crying even louder.

Good luck buddy, for the records I don't believe anyone here was nailing you for "the Mistake" but more for the way you approached it by saying that "you couldn't lose on the deal", some mistakes are more expensive than others 🙁

Thanks. I was hoping no one was trying to. I see everyone’s point. I’m new on here but not to apple products. I see all the potential in jailbreaks and have never taken advantage of them. I look forward to many more posts. Thanks again guys!
