I have 2 with 12:06 and 12:07 PST order times. Apple Pay. I'm in NC, but I was in San Jose when I ordered them. Not that that should matter, but I'm aggravated at not being charged yet.

I haven't been charged either, called my bank to confirm everything and pre-authorize the amount. I ordered a SS 42MM with Sportband, through Apple Pay. Bank said it should go through no problem.

I've seen others with the SS classic buckle 42mm get charged, but nothing for me yet. I'm pretty sure its a crapshoot!

The second order that I've been charged for was a 38mm White Sport

Exact same case here, also from Houston. 38mm white sport is preparing to ship, SS 42mm black band hasn't moved.
