I'm in the Space Gray 42mm Black band club... almost 7:00pm EST and no activity on credit card or order status. Wondering if this means I missed the window for 4/24 delivery. Order confirmation at 3:04am

Ordered a Black sport band too, right after ordering the Watch. Order went through at 3:04AM EST, still showing as processing with expected ship date 4/29-5/12.

They most likely do all the credit card types in batch as well.

All the Visas, then all the MCs, then all the AMEXs.

Or they may just not have your watch and you are not getting one until May 12th. Either / Or

Yes you should be worried!!! Since the timeframe is 4/24 - 5/8 and you haven't received any updates yet, you should call Apple and complain!!!

Yeah about 8 minutes earlier than me but in a different region. Holding out hope!

I'm just glad I ordered the black rubber band separately and not on the watch like I originally wanted to.

I ordered a 42mm watch sport SG Black band at 12:02 on launch day early morn of the wee hours and got 4/24-5/8, i also ordered on a separate order about 5 mins later watch sport silver white band 38 mm for my wife and also got lucky enough to get 4/24-5/8. I don't know why but the watch i ordered 5 minutes later is preparing for shipment and the one i ordered for myself literally right when the store opened is still processing. Damn you apple I'm going to have a coniption fit!

12:02 PST. Got the credit card charge about 2 hours ago, and the Preparing for Shipment update about an hour and a half ago.

It must be charged (in some sort of form, at least pre-auth) before your item gets to Preparing for Shipment.

Some of us ordered two watches with the same card and the 42mm SG sport not charged but the other 42mm sport color has.

Here's a decent guess of what's happening:

I'm highly skeptical of that. The rep likely has no idea what they're talking about. Mine still says Preparing for Shipment.

In any case, what probably is happening with orders switching from Preparing back to Processing is the fact Apple has tons of servers. When you have that many servers, it takes awhile to fully propagate the data. So on one refresh you could hit the server that has your latest info, but on another you might be seeing older data. Keep that in mind.

yeah not cool, my confirmation time was 12:02 pacific time and that was literally the minute the store came online so i was one of the first in on that order and then i go and order one for my wife 5 mins later and hers is preparing to ship and mine which was one of the first orders is still behind, I'm about to get loco
