so much conspiracy theory. Chill people, I am almost certain just about everyone in a metro area will get their watch on Friday.
My question is though, if not, do they deliver on Saturday as some people seem to think? (Melbourne, Australia). Reason I ask is I put my work as my shipping address, and will be a bit annoyed if I miss out on Friday and have to wait until Monday just to get a calling card to reschedule delivery.
My wife is home on Friday and Monday, I'm probably better off just changing it to my home address and hoping I get it delivered before Monday...

Called Apple to get a manual authorization, guy wouldn't do it and told me not to worry after explaining myself, and that hopefully it should be soon as my CC info is correct...

If you ordered early it's very possible your watch will come from a warehouse in The U.S.
Yeah my pre authorisations dropped off and no new charges. I think this is normal.

Yeah I'm seeing this too on a commbank debit mastercard. I was shocked I thought that they refunded me

I would say preparing to ship is the light at the end of the tunnel of processing, you should probably stop worrying when it gets to preparing.
Me too but it's only a pending charge. Had online chat with apple, guy was painfully unhelpful. "It says here the order status is open here." "What does that means?" "Check your order to plan for your shipping between 4/24 and 5/8"
