Ordered Apple Watch 42mm Stainless with Black Sport Band at 3:03AM Eastern Time. Paid with Apple Pay using my TD Bank Debit and still have not seen a charge or even a pending charge on my bank account.
Yeah, that's possible. I'm just trying to figure out the logic of how these orders are being filled. It would seem that a lot of people that ordered between 3:01 and 3:03am have had their orders charged unless they ordered a SG sport or SS with black band. Although there are some people that ordered these configurations that got charged.
I'm hoping that this means that Apple has a bunch of the watches they thought would be the most popular domestically which is why a lot of these haven't been charged yet. I'd be curious to know what the point of origin is for the earliest orders once they flip to shipped.
You and everyone else with a 42MM SS Black Sport Band. It seems they are the rarest watches at launch. Even rarer than the Watch Edition it seems.
I am in Chicago. I have the 42 SS with the Milanese loop. I was charged on Amex yesterday and it moved to Preparing for Shipment. No changes since then.

I wonder if we are going to see another round of credit card charges going through later today and more orders going to preparing for shipment or are they done for the week?
Hi. So I overslept a bit on the 10th and didn't get my confirm until 3:54 - SS 42 classic buckle. Still in the 4-24 to 5-8 window. No CC charge and still processing. Holding out hope for Friday - but know I was late to the party so not holding my breath? Anyone think I have a chance for Friday? Thanks
Did anyone that ordered apple care with their watch had their status updated to preparing for shipping yet?
Ordered SS 42mm with white sport band on 10th of April at 3:02am EST (12:02am PST), last night I went to check my order Status and it said action required. Apparently when I had used apple pay to pay for my watch it had taken my friends contact information from the phone as the billing information. I had to renter my card and billing information manually last night. I hope that doesn't delay my order. I work overnights so by the time I had found out there was a problem it was already 1am EST. never received an email or push notification that there was a problem and both are on for status updates.

My credit card company should not have any problems charging me since my account is good. Plus I have downloaded the Capital One Wallet App for the iPhone, I should get a notification when charge gets approved
Just had an Email from UPS MyChoice. Said delivery due tomorrow from UPS of 1KG. I ordered another cable yestirday but that says 7-10 days and checked with apple today. But this is 1KG and tomorrow. Checked bank and order status. Still nothing.

He ordered the same watch as myself. I'm in the first wave, he's in the second. He's been charged and and has had his status change. I've had no changes or charges.
Either this supports the theory that a lot of first wavers already have their watch at their local warehouse - and could mean excellent news for some second wavers
Or I'm about to go into a nerd rage.

Mine is showing shipped on the spreadsheet also but that unfortunately is not true can someone change the status back to preparing for shipment.
