I want your watch, my watch, and everyone's on this thread to show up first thing Friday (unless that's personally inconvenient). The last thing I want to do is contribute to a sour tone that's been on the edges of this thread, which should be fun and informative.

But, and I say this as a longtime and nearly lifelong fan of Apple products: they were arrogant and unapologetic as underdogs. There is nothing about this launch that suggests that's going to change now that they're on top.

Frankly, I'm getting the opposite feeling.

I've felt that it's been a bit different the past few years, but maybe that's just my optimism. I haven't done a pre-order directly through Apple since the 4s, and I wasn't really tracking it all that much thanks to my freshman year of college...

I really would hope they're expending every effort to get them out on time, because since this is an entirely new category, all eyes are on them. Before the device is even put through its paces by the market they're going to be judged based on things like this. It's just what happens when you're at the top.

For us California people who have not gotten our tracking # (including myself) here are two UPS flights coming from Alaska into Ontario, only miles from the Rialto Apple distribution center. Could our watches be on one of these two flights?

There are 3 planes arriving today, so I think we all will see movement in the latter part of the day today... Maybe around the same time that everyone else received their confirmation...

UK orders has just started to see "Preparing for Shipment" status, these UK orders were already charged yesterday.

"42mm Stainless Steel Casewith Black Sport Band" also has still troubles on UK, it hasn't been charged anyway..

The majority of us that ordered 42mm SSBSB have not seen any action... I have yet to see more than 10 people receive confirmation for that specific model. Im thinking that ALL of the 42mm will arrive between today and tomorrow.... Shipping times here in the US for the watch is next day. So it is more than safe to say that if we receive notification today or early in the morning, we are clear! KEEP THE FAITH ALIVE !

Perhaps Apple saw the popularity by the amount of favorites it got before preorders began and shipped them to our local hubs. They are simply waiting in large crates along with the SSSB models that also haven't seen movement due to popularity and will ship out today or tomorrow early morning? Like I said earlier, my iPhone 6 shipped out Thursday before a Friday delivery on launch day, so it is most definitely possible! Tomorrow at 3 pm if there is still nothing i'd say we are in for the long haul.

This is true, but a watch is a watch! The band can be changed at a later date anyway, I am getting the "Click" product anyway so i can custom my band.

The closer you are to China, the later you will get an update.
Think about it. I'm in Hong Kong, why would they prepare for shipping now? It will take less than a day for it to get here from China.

Yep. Even if you do see movement it will just then be held at closest ups Hub

Been following this thread for a couple days now. The window for charges to be made and updates to shipping seems to be closing.. freaking out a little. I ordered and got confirmation within 3 min. There is still no movement on my 38mm SG with black sport band. Anyone in the Midwest getting any movement? For some reason I don't think I'm magically going to get charged, and shipping updates in time for my watch to get here on Friday. Booooo!
