Just info for others waiting. I ordered the Sport 42mm Space Grey with Black Band at 3:03 AM EST, still at item processing, no charge on my card, located in Virginia. In the 4/24-58 range. Whats been bothering me is a friend ordered maybe a minute before me and he went to preparing for shipping on Monday and lives maybe 10 mins away and got the same model. Hoping for a update today at some point on mine.

Anyone know which plane landed yesterday and the day before that caused the outbreak of movement? Is the one landing to anchorage the same plane?

Last night there was:

UPS Planes
1 747 bound from Alaska to Ontario, CA
1 777 bound from Alaska to Ontario, CA
4 777 type planes bound from Alaska to KY
1 747 bound from Alaska to KY

FedEx Planes
2 777 type planes from Alaska to Memphis

There are currently a lot of UPS and FedEx planes in the air now.

Hopefully, my SG Sport Watch will ship today! Im in Sacramento California and the ontario shipments would make sense. I was not really tracking planes coming into Alaska, just departing.

Perhaps Apple saw the popularity by the amount of favorites it got before preorders began and shipped them to our local hubs. They are simply waiting in large crates along with the SSSB models that also haven't seen movement due to popularity and will ship out today or tomorrow early morning? Like I said earlier, my iPhone 6 shipped out Thursday before a Friday delivery on launch day, so it is most definitely possible! Tomorrow at 3 pm if there is still nothing i'd say we are in for the long haul.
This makes sense to me. If I was asked a few weeks ago which watch would sell the most I would have said the SG Sport followed by either the white sport or the SS BSB.

How are we sure these planes have anything to do with apple

Haven't seen much chatter from Midwest. Still showing Processing (4/24 - 5/8) for my 42mm SS Milanese. 12:03am PST order in Chicago.

I think to safe to assume that if by tonight our (those still processing) orders don't get charged and move to preparing for shipment, we will miss the Friday delivery.

On a few launches I thought they were going to ship from China however they already have them in the states and they overnighted them on Wednesday for Friday launch so I'm still having help at this time

No, I think tomorrow is the cutoff. I had an iPhone 6 plus ship on Thursday evening, and arrive on launch day morning.

Everything seems to be extremely random. Some of the consistencies may just be coincidence. Im still confused how there are users in the same time zone and even in some very close proximity to me that have ordered the same model HOURS after me, but have been charged and moved on to PFS.

It does seem that there are more people than I thought in the OH/PA area that havent been charged or moved to PFS though. Thats worrisome but at the same time slightly comforting.

I'm in Cleveland and both of my sport watches are preparing for shipment.

My Apple packages usually ship Fedex. And I usually get notification after I already received the package.

I always get excited because I think that means I'll get a second one of what I ordered but I don't. I feel better now.

There have been many flights to distribution centers in the U.S. It is possible that Thursday night they will finally be shipped and get to anyone in the U.S. Via overnight.

Just some tips for finding tracking by reference. The shipping to date has a calendar control which doesn't allow you to pick dates in the future. However you can type in a future date.

It couldn't find any tracking numbers if I specified a to date of '04/22/2015' but specifying '04/23/2015' DOES find it. Looks like my label was created in the future because it shows:

Label Created On: 04/23/2015

Well I guess in China it's currently the 23rd.
