For anyone looking to add Apple Care + to their watch, if you have your s/n then you don't need to wait until you receive it! Wahoo! I just called Apple Care @ 800-275-2273 and gave them my s/n and I already have the confirmation that it's been added to my watch. I wasn't able to do it through their website, and when I called and asked if this was something I could the rep wasn't sure whether it would work but it did indeed work.

I called and chatted with Apple on my order stuck in preparing for shipment. They said when they receive tracking information I will be updated. No help.

I requested a hold for pickup but it still states its on time and delivery by end of day. I assume thats just a glitch until it gets to my local UPS hub and they see the hold request and set its status to customer pickup.

So is there any movement from orders in the DMV? I am still stuck on processing.
No DMV movement. Near Richmond here still processing too with no charges. Ordered at :03 and received EOD last night.
That means that it is at the hub and is about to be on its way to you. If the date shipped is today, you should receive it tomorrow, since it should show UPS Next Day Air Saver.
Nothing yet. I have a shipping label prepared on ups.com, but no word from Apple.
This model just doesn't seem to be moving anywhere. Seems like a lot of people in the same boat as us with this model.
I am still showing "Preparing for Shipment" on Apple. But I received a tracking number from UPS with delivery for tomorrow.
UPS MyChoice is showing it as "Order Processed. Waiting for UPS". Shipment is coming from Rialto CA
I have "Preparing for Shipment" on apple.com and only a label from UPS. No other tracking info is provided.
