I did iPad App. I wanted to use gift card but couldn't figure out how..which is why it took until 12:04 to submit the order. Then later I called them and asked if I could apply the gift card and they did it no problem.

It is NOT about them still having a 'window' to get it to me
It is about the fact that there is NO RHYME and REASON as to how people are ordering 3 weeks after the fact and getting watches within days, when a lot of us still have NO WORD on the orders we placed WEEKS ago.

Yea, sorry dude. I was really hoping you and I would move at the same time.
Mine just moved to shipped as well. Never got a notification from Apple through email or the app.
I am happy for everyone getting theirs, I really am. Just that there isn't any logic to it all, and no word from apple at all.
To make it worse, I am in my local Apple Store this very second waiting to get my wife's screen replaced. Like pouring salt into the wound.

As for all of us that are still waiting, I'm joining the discussion to share my thoughts with you guys.

Looks like it just switched to shipped recently. Email hasn't shown up, but the UPS tracking info is also not coming up yet.
