I just put my order in today Starlight 13” 16GB/512GB with 70w adapter. ETA 7/13-7/17. Crazy since it’s been out a while. Must be because of the recent release of the 15”.

It's more likely due to being a BTO configuration. These usually take 2-3 weeks. In the past there have been cases where Apple had some popular BTO configurations in stock but that does not seem to be the case anymore (at least in the German Apple Store).
I ordered mine on June 30th and estimated arrival is July 11th to 13th. It is also a BTO configuration (16 GB RAM and Englisch international keyboard instead of the default German one).
