Back in 1984, I came very close to purchasing a DeLorean.

I took one out for about an hour test drive. Enjoyed the ride immensely.

We settled on the price and my loan amount was approved. Just needed my signature.

It was late, so I told them I wanted to think about it overnight. They said okay. Woke up the next morning and decided to pass on the deal.

Sometimes I wish I handn't.

If you had kept in good condition and waited until about 10-20 years from now you could probably make a bit of a profit!

Well, considering it would have been in storage for the past 20 years in the states, and remain that way while I am here in Japan, it would be in mint condition.
