A lot of demi's went through and deleted some of their old posts to save database space. Several of them ended up accidentally deleting to under 500 posts and therefore their avatars got purged.

I hear they deleted almost all of Mad Jew's posts, but he still had about 5,000 left so none of us can try and beat him to a 'tar
