Become a MacRumors Supporter for $50/year with no ads, ability to filter front page stories, and private forums.
I'm sure that I click on ads for macrumors at least $25.00 worth. Doesn't that count for anything?

Hardly (contribute) e-cheating. Contributing does (contribute) not get you an avatar early. You still must (contribute) have 500 posts. It does (contribute) allow your title to become demi-god(ess) or contributor. Or you can (contribute) fly under the radar and keep your 68k rank intact. No one will (contribute) ever know.

Just my (contribute) 2 cents. I think you (contribute) get the idea.

Wow, I thought the MR gods would've jumped at the chance to convince me to contribute.

Many are called but few are chosen. :p

Seriously though, do it because you want to. Do it to contribute something towards MR and don't focus on the fringe benefits because they're not the point of it. And believe me, the perks are not worth getting excited over because if they fail to live up to your expectations, then you're going to feel cheated.

If you've got a bit of spare cash and you feel like contributing towards making the site better and helping to ensure its continued existence, then make a contribution.

Will a contribution help Page 1 spelling and grammar? :D

Okay, in that case, put your money where you mouth is. :p ;) :D :)
I would never do that. Do you know how many times a dollar bill changes hands in a day? Gross!

I will, however, make a completely sterile online payment.

As soon as I get paid

Good call, I work as a Member Service Representative (fancy title for "teller") for a local credit union and I can indeed understand how truly dirty and downright disgusting currency can be. *** insert throw-up face****
