Resolved Desktop inaccessible

Icons and folders that I had on desktop they won’t show up, I can even open the option list with the double click on the desktop. Files do show up in desktop folder On the finder.

The only action I took was downgrade from the public beta to the official version.

That works! Thanks. Do you know how I can fix the issue on my main user account?

No, I don't. It would be the proverbial needle in a haystack. I think I'd migrate everything to that new account and delete the one you were using. You can find instructions on Apple's support site.

You could try booting into safe mode in your regular account to see if they come back and if they do then do a normal boot to see if the fix persists.

Also, you could delete your Finder preferences file at ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist then reboot.

...might as well try deleting the desktop plist also. I'd do one of the two and see if it's fixed. If not, delete the other one.
