This source is wrong. Note that the memory addressing of the PowerPC 970 is 42-bit, not 64. Thus, the theoretical maximum of RAM is about 4096 Gigabytes (or 4 TiB in IEC standard).
Note that this is much, much less than 18 Exabytes. 😉
