Using my doctors' app requires I agree to their generic T&C, which includes language about pixel level tracking for their website. I wonder how issues like that - where a T&C on mobile effects you on the web - effect the "nutrition" label for the app itself. Because as far as I know there is no tracking in the app itself, but using the app forces compliance elsewhere.

This needs to be more specific, one of the requirements is "usage data"...which usage data? like every keystroke?
"browsing history" which browsing history? All my internet history? Which browser? Is private mode used too?
