Only Chrome can fix an issue in Chome. Safari for me is fast enough now. I uninstalled Webkit.

Probably due to the fact there was a Safari update, also.

Mission control and other stuff in the OS works better. not sure yet why the kernel_task take 1gb of ram :Z i will feel it someday

The SMC firmware update 1.1 fixed the "jerky" scrolling when the HD4000 was in use (set to auto GPU switching).

10.8.3, with the Safari update (and, i assume, updated Webkit), improved smoothness when scrolling while zoomed in (it was actually one of the items in the update's release notes).

10.8.3 is an improvement but it still stutters when scrolling.

WebKit nightly is still way smoother.
