If you call 1-866-391-0749 and enter your order number, 99.9% chance it says "your order has been processed and is stored at our warehouse awaiting pre-order shipment date. So technically, they're ready for shipment, but can't be shipped yet.

I just tried and was told any order placed through AT&T's Premier Online Store cannot be checked using this number. Going to the Premier site shows no order pending and no charges to credit card.
 
I got the confirmation email within seconds of completing the order. Now when the phones ship, they will charge my card, and ship the phone to me. Simple.
I've used this system many times with AT&T, never a problem. Over half of my orders have arrived ahead of the ship dates. They do a great job.
 
Still haven't received an email (ordered through telesales--online wasnt working--at 8:30 am Friday). Anybody else still waiting? I called CS and they said it takes new customers 24-48 hours to receive the confirmation email; is that what others have experienced? I'm hoping I'm in line to get the phone shipped based on the actual order time and not the confirmation email.
