Hmm. I see. My experience with UPS Mail Innovations buying on eBay has not been good. In my experience has added a week to regular USPS shipping times.
I ordered my Neo Hybrid case through Amazon (no Prime) for my 4'7 on Sept 12 and received it on the 16th.

Thanks for the tip. I tried the tracking number - says "Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time" So I guess Spigen/Amazon sent me a fake tracking number. As I have said, I think I have been conned.
And the thing that kills me is that it said on Amazon's site "Get it by Sept. 19!" That's the only reason that I ordered it. Now it's supposed to be here Monday, and the others that I ordered sometime later in the week. Grrr.
Never had a problem with UPS Mail Innovations when buying from Amazon. Unfortunately, it happens more often now.
A firearms accessory manufacturer that I buy from a lot, uses it as well. So far, the only problem was weather related.

I ordered on 9/12 and Amazon's delivery estimate had it arriving between 9/16 and 9/23. I didn't expect it on the 16th but closer to the end of the range due to so many people ordering. Mine has been "shipped" for the last 4 days now and there is no tracking information and it still hasn't arrived. Every other time I've ever ordered from Amazon, they're usually 100% accurate with their range. I contacted the seller to ask them about this and will see what they have to say.
I also received 3 of that email about the inserts for the case. Personally I don't like this. I spent over $400 on my phone and I'd like a case that works perfect the first time. They should be sending out a brand new case that doesn't have the issue, not inserts for a defective item.
