So it indeed shows that two of my lines are on NEXT and mine is on contract. She said I should have paperwork saying mine is a contract and I told her I only have NEXT paperwork. She told me to go to apple to get it fixed as she couldn't do anything about it.

It's the moral thing to do. Its simply the "right" thing to do, the shady thing to do is go on as if nothing happen.

Moral thing to do is stop blaming yourself for others mistakes. I've been overcharged by phone company a few times, and mistake have not been fixed until I called. Huge corporations do millions of not moral things everyday. I believe OP can sleep at night, and I believe nobody have been seriously financially hurt, so let me fix it of not just let it go.

You missing the point. It's about covering yourself.. I'd rather have the matter fixed instead it potentially coming back. No doubt, mistakes happen... but if the OP have a chance to resolve the matter.. Do it. I also had situations where AT&T had charged me by mistake and which they fixed. The issue at hand.. is to get the matter handled correctly because the OP did sign a contract.

I'm at the Apple Store right now and the representative told me to just keep the phone. He said I got my phone for just the tax so take advantage of it. Basically I got $250 for free. The only issue is I want the plus I think haha. He told me to sell this one and pay full price for the plus. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do

Exactly what he told you. Sell the 6 and get the plus. Don't risk it anymore especially if they told you to keep it.

I guess I did the ethical thing by at least trying to get the mistake fixed. I wish I could decide if I want to keep this or get the 6 plus though. That would make my situation easier.

I think you did your part and I think at this point keep it. If you do decided to get the 6 plus, sell the 6 on Craigslist. I have the 6 plus and the screen is beautiful!. Go for it lol. Just go to an Apple store first and spend a few minutes playing with the plus and that should help you a lot in deciding if the plus is for you. Good luck :)

The op tried to bring it to their attention, both on the phone and in person, so I think op did everything that could be done. I wouldn't worry about it, and if it comes up later then you can deal with it, but I doubt it. I wonder if there's some glitch going on with AT&T's system where it does this.

Did I just get a 128GB iPhone 6 for $46.70?

Yeah that's exactly my thoughts. Do you go to UW-Madison? JW due to your username. Thanks!

Um, actually no, hate to disappoint you. It stands for underwater dude. I like snorkeling/breathhold swimming/diving. But I do sympathize with you there having to deal with Scott Walker, lol.

Selling the phone might be difficult since it's on the next plan. You'd have to pay the phone off before selling it.

Haha that's interesting! But yeah Walker is an idiot. I live in Madison and I'm pretty sure it's going to get crazy around here in the next few weeks.

It's actually on contract according to AT&T, but I only paid the tax at Apple.

I think that I'm just going to return it. After thinking things over, I figured I'm better off just getting what I want and not dealing with selling this one and having the possibility of paying for two iPhones if AT&T figured out something is wrong after I get the plus. This would have been a good situation for someone who doesn't mind keeping a phone for two years and is content with the 6 but I'm not that guy. Thanks everyone!
