Rather than call the person pathetic, why don't you take a step back and analyze the situation as this poster did:
That's not the point, he might have won a small lottery, don't see the reason for that post.

It's the moral thing to do. Its simply the "right" thing to do, the shady thing to do is go on as if nothing happen.
Moral thing to do is stop blaming yourself for others mistakes. I've been overcharged by phone company a few times, and mistake have not been fixed until I called. Huge corporations do millions of not moral things everyday. I believe OP can sleep at night, and I believe nobody have been seriously financially hurt, so let me fix it of not just let it go.
I'm at the Apple Store right now and the representative told me to just keep the phone. He said I got my phone for just the tax so take advantage of it. Basically I got $250 for free. The only issue is I want the plus I think haha. He told me to sell this one and pay full price for the plus. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do
Exactly what he told you. Sell the 6 and get the plus. Don't risk it anymore especially if they told you to keep it.
I guess I did the ethical thing by at least trying to get the mistake fixed. I wish I could decide if I want to keep this or get the 6 plus though. That would make my situation easier.
The op tried to bring it to their attention, both on the phone and in person, so I think op did everything that could be done. I wouldn't worry about it, and if it comes up later then you can deal with it, but I doubt it. I wonder if there's some glitch going on with AT&T's system where it does this.
Yeah that's exactly my thoughts. Do you go to UW-Madison? JW due to your username. Thanks!
Um, actually no, hate to disappoint you. It stands for underwater dude. I like snorkeling/breathhold swimming/diving. But I do sympathize with you there having to deal with Scott Walker, lol.
Selling the phone might be difficult since it's on the next plan. You'd have to pay the phone off before selling it.
