Did you buy the 2.0 or 2.4?

Thought I wanted the 2.4, but when I saw the machines in person ... I realized the 2.0 was just as great. With same body, same screen, same everything (except lit keyboard), just barely less speed and $400 saved for 2 more gigs of RAM (or whatever) the choice was clear to me.

New to Mac, BTW. I'm *loving* it.

I bought the 2.4...
I enjoy computing in darker areas... and since this was my 1st mac... it's nice being able to see all the new keys i'm not used to... and it just looks plain cool.

I got the 2.4 for two reasons

1. my reason, I wanted a faster processor for possible future needs.

2. my wife's reason (most important reason!) lighted keyboard.

First time Mac owner and not regretting it at all. I'm loving it. PC LOL!

I need to spend more $$$ at Apple so thats another reason was to save a few. I'm satisfied though its a great machine. I've no problems so far.

I think Apple nailed it,looks like they're selling more 2.4s than blackbooks compared to the old ones

I just got the 2.0 here in Shenzhen. Gift for my fiancee and loan to me while my 1.6 Air is having problems. Fix that in the US in Jan. Ready to max out the ram and see what handbrake can do for these all our bootleg movies!

I bought the 2.0ghz because its the cheapest one, but not very cheap at that.

I think they should have been able to put in a 2.4ghz and a backlit keyboard for that price though.
