And some people need to learn to relax.

I need to relax because the OP can't make a poll that makes sense? Yeah.. ok. It's nutty for people to tell others to relax. You have no idea what my state of mind is when I post. And my post wasn't in all caps or any other "form" that would indicate I was ranting...

wow.

I was just kidding.

I've noticed some members say they switched from the iPhone 4 to the BlackBerry Torch. Just want to see how many. I also ask the question "Why did you switch?"

I am long time blackberry user but this year I will dumb it for iphone 4 or best android phones. Blackberry don't have good app store or the whole os is not interesting like iphone os but they still have the same boring os. The blackberry phones are meant to use for business not pleasure like iphone.:D

Went to go look at it today. Not impressed! Text is blurry, and while the browser is now webkit, it's still slow.

Now the Captivate is a good device. If it had a front facing camera, I might have given it a try.

I love how everyone here bases their opinion on reviews done by Gizmodo and Engadget. If they hadn't said something about the screen being "blurry", no one would have mentioned it.

Formulate your own opinions folks. Try out the phone. That said, I have no interest in giving up my iP4 but the Torch does look pretty cool.

Played around with this for a little bit in the AT&T store. I see no real "advancement" with this phone as opposed to any other recently released BB. It looks like a Bold keyboard with a Storm touchscreen slapped on to it. Even some of the BB diehards I know won't even buy this. Think BB should drop the touchscreen bit altogether and refocus. Plus, the touchscreen was pretty laggy. Not as crisp as the IP4 is. I think this one will flop just like the Storm/Storm II did. Again, BB, stop making touchscreen phones.

You are so freaking retarded. The torches touchscreen is completely different than the storm. Have you even used a storm? A torch?

Anyways I really liked the Torch, the touch screen was pretty smooth, smoother than some android phones *cough like DROID2* but not as smooth as the iPhone (nothing is). You kids need to stop being iPhone fanboys/blackberry haters and appreciate that this is the best blackberry RIM has made, even though it may be behind the rest of the smartphone market. Geez.

I'd rank it as my third favorite phone, followed by the Samsung Virbrant, and of course, the phone I own and love, iPhone 4 :)
