Did you get the plus or the normal iPhone 8?

Got the 8+ 256gb.

I don’t even regard it as all that big anymore. It’s just normal as far as I am concerned.

I got the Plus because:

• Bigger screen
• Better battery life
• Camera
  
• Plus only UI stuff

That's pretty much my order of importance as well. The first 2 were also reasons I went for the Plus over the X.

Had the plus but returned it because I hated the size. Previously was using a 6, and thought I’d move to a plus this upgrade.

Couldn’t do it. It got to the point where I’d leave it at home when doing things like walking the dog so I wouldn’t have to carry it in my pocket.

Once I started doing that I knew it was time to return it for a smaller phone. Have the 8 now and am much happier.

I'd be interested in an 8 Plus if there was no X. It's still a beautiful phone, but I can't get over the chins.

I preordered the 8 then switched to 8 Plus at the store a few days ago. I liked being able to use the phone one handed and it fit in more places easily, however the battery, screen size and camera in the Plus made it worth the exchange for me

I’ve always had smaller phones hoping Apple will bring the dual camera setup to the smaller size. Battery & camera made me to finally give in and switch to the plus model.

I got the plus. I had the 7+ and just couldn't see giving up the screen size. I am absolutely LOVING the camera on my new phone and am so glad I wound up upgrading!

Plus, specifically for the camera. I originally had a 7, then went to a 7+, and now I can't go to anything less.

I went with the 8, I love the size and carry a 12.7 iPad Pro though out the day working.

8 Owner here - coming from a 7+. I actually tried the SE but it’s too small after 2+ years of the plus. I have an iPad Pro that rarely gets used because of the Plus phones I’ve had. I find myself reaching for it more now and appreciating the compact powerhouse that is the 8 while out and about.

I got the 8+. I have always liked big phones. Previously owned 6S+ and before that Note 2, Note 3 and Note 4.
