There were about 30 old Asian ladies outside the Apple Store (some of the first to get their new iPad 2’s) who promptly crossed the street and sold them to some guy who had a trunk full already.

Same thing happened in Irvine, CA. The first dozen or so walking back out past the long line had anywhere from 2-8 in their bags. A$$hats.
It will cost at least 50 bucks per ipad your return. There is a 10% restocking fee on all apple products no matter what store you buy from. Even walmart does this. If your not exchanging and just returning you gotta pay. 10% on cheapiest ipad= 50 bucks

Apple changed their return policy recently. No more restocking fee if returned within 14 days according to their site. I called the store and the person there actually told me it was 30 days.

Best Buy limited us to one per person. My husband and I couldn't even check out at the same time (2 of us, 2 iPads). Each had to be a totally separate transaction.

One guy showed up around 3pm to buy 5 for his friends in China, but when he realized it was limit 1, he left and went somewhere else. Everyone else around me in line was buying for themselves.

I'd be sick if I was in line and saw someone walking out with 8, knowing that there's so many people that just want the one as a personal device. Not a big fan of the "advantage" resellers.
