Ordered from att 645am on the 15th and just got it this morning(6/17).

I now have a confirmation email, order number, and can see my order status as in progress with order date of the 15th.

Im thinking I will get it on the 24th.
 
placed my order with att website got confirmation email at 4:38am.

I also currently get the:

Status for orders placed in the last 24 hours may not be available.

OS001: We're sorry but the information you entered was not recognized by our systems. Please contact us for further assistance.

Welp in about 2 more hours its been 24hours+.

Is there anyone who originally had the same order search results but now it finds the order?

Also no CC charge yet think Im in trouble here.

Will post an update if anything changes.

I have the same problem - ATT email confirmation, no CC charge and the same error message from the website.

I think we're screwed. If nothing happens today, I'll preorder from Apple for whenever. It will probably be August by then.

I have the same issue and have had the sinking feeling for the past 24 hours or so that we're screwed. I called AT&T's general customer service number, and she couldn't even find my name in the system. I'm on hold now for the on-line store customer service - I'll let you know what I find out.
 
I ordered mine about 9:30pm the 15th and hadn't received the confirmation email as of yesterday morning, but it was there from Apple when I left work yesterday.
 
Ordered on the 15th at 5:17

And I got the confirmation last night. The web site has always reflected the correct in progress status and my card was charged.
 
I ordered two phones yesterday, one at 524pm CST my wifes 32GB paid and printed confirmation page, then logged in a again and purchased mine 16GB at 534PM CST paid and printed Confirmation page. Still to this point haven't received email for either but both are showing as being delivered 24th June in Order Status on Apple.com so I'm not worried.

Just got my Order confirmation email for both showing delivery on 24th June, so day and half later they showed up.....wow servers must of been heavily taxed
 
Ordered on the 15th ~7amEST from att regular site and just got my confirmation email last night around 10pm.

Orders status online shows a 15JUNE order date and my card has been charged 318. so I'm feeling pretty confident...

now only if google would release froyo on my Nexus one so I can have something to keep me occupied with until the iPhone arrives...:D:D
 
Pre-ordered mine through AT&T around 1pm on Tuesday. No notification emails were sent me nor any charge were made on my Capital One credit card.

Wednesday morning, I got an email from Capital ONE questioning recent charges against my account. I had to approve the charge for my pre-order. I checked my status order on the AT&T and has "in progress" on my order.

I finally got a confirmation email from AT&T this morning.

Don't sweat if your confirmation is delayed. Just make sure you have a order# and charges on your credit card.

O.k, for those of you who have the e-mail confirmation, no credit card charge, and the error message on the tracking web page, call customer service and ask to speak to the customer service department for on-line orders (I think they called it the e-store?). I spoke to a very nice woman who called up my order (when the regular customer service rep couldn't find it), processed it, and now it shows up on the tracking page. Whew! I can finally stop obsessing! :)

I just did the same. Phone rep says my order went through and I should expect delivery with the first batch of phones to go out.

Website still doesn't work.
 
I ordered last night through the Apple website/ got a July 14 ship date. It appears that ordering through ATT get's a faster ship date???
I can wait though...:)

I pre-ordered this morning and haven't received a confirmation e-mail as of yet, but from reading the other responses, it looks like this isn't uncommon.

I'm picking mine up in the store and the site (while I was registering) said July 14, yet the "Thank you" screen said: "Thank you for reserving your iPhone for pickup at the Apple Retail Store on June 24 starting at 7 a.m..."

Should I go there on the 24th or is this just the standard text they put in. I was counting on the 14th of July but I'll more than happily wait in line on the 24th if they have one waiting for me.
 
I just got mine after almost 48 hours. Now, I need to check to see if my card has been charged.
