"Did you receive your Confirmation Email?" Thread

Ordered yesterday at about 5PM EST (after trying in vein all day). Got the confirmation email a few hours later, and it's showing up in my account on apple.com.

Pretty confident I'll get my phone 🙂
 
I pre-ordered at 6:40pm EST yesterday and received my confirmation today at 12:04pm EST. My confirmation says "Delivers on June 24th"

Very happy my pre-order went through before the shipping delay.

Mine was not a "confirmation" its was an apple store "acknowledgement", but apples vs oranges, right?

But as of this morning, charge has gone through and I can now see the order status. Took a good 20 hours to show up 😛

When I bought mine through the ATT website, it said I would be billed when it shipped. You guys are seeing charges already?
 
I got my confirmation e-mail 13 hours after I ordered yesterday with apple. This is for a shipment, not a reservation. I was starting to sweat it but it finally showed up haha.

Must be nice. I'm now going on 36 hours after ordering from AT&T with no email confirmation.
 
After doing much reading i dont think NOT getting a confirmation email is the end of the world. I think as long as it shows up on the Apple site and as long as it says "Ships: Delivers on June 24th" i think you'll be ok. Those ordering from AT&T, im not sure though.
 
Ordered with Apple yesterday @ 7:50PM after trying on and off for about 13 hours, got the confirmation email @ 9:25PM last night. Think I might have just made the cut.
 
Reserved one through the website for in-store pickup. I got the "see you at the store" screen -- which I took a screen shot of -- but didn't get an email. Checked with the store today and was told that lots of people who got the "see you at the store" screen actually didn't get a reservation. I'm out of luck it seems as the store's manager won't honor my screen shot. :-(

Reserved mine at an Apple Store for pick up yesterday afternoon and got a confirmation email within the hour. Called the store today to see if everything was on the up and up and was assured that my reservation was legit. I make mention to that because I reserved my iPhone 4 through the Apple Store App and it shows under their reserves tab that I did actually reserve one. On Apples website though if I were to look up under the Apple Stores web page it does not show me having a reservation. Glad everything worked out. 🙂
 
ordered my 32gb iphone 4 around 9:10pm eastern time dint get my conformation email until 12:00midnight must have just made it getting it on june 24th
 
Having ordered mine at 10am pst, I had not received an email, not been billed, nor was AT&T showing my order as processing, upon going to bed. As of this morning, the site shows my order status and I have been billed but still haven't received an email.
 
Ordered yesterday 3pm mountain time, got my confirmation email at 6:30pm and my card has already been charged. i think i'm out of the woods finally 😀
 
Everyone who hasn't gotten their email, be sure to check your spam folder if applicable. I know it sounds obvious and if you have AT&T in your contacts list it seems like it wouldn't get scooped up but I found my confirmation in my Yahoo spam folder. Looks like it may have ended up there because the sender was listed as "ATTOrderStatus@ordertrack.wireless.att-mail.com" rather than their standard address so maybe that had something to do with it.. Hope maybe this helps someone who may have forgotten to check the usual places you look for lost emails! Next weekend is gonna be sweet!
 
Ordered mine at 1:50 A.M on the 15th through AT&T for June 24th delivery. Did not receive an email confirmation. But got a confirmation number and an order status page.

This is exactly how it went down last year. Order > no email confirmation > "in progress" on the order status page until the night before release > iPhone delivered first thing in the morning on iDay.
 
still no conformation email, att order status says 'in progress' and i called att yesterday to confirm they had the correct order number, address, and order. i've been charged, hope it all works still.

I finally got my email confirmations, one at 12:05 PM and another at 5:44 PM EDT. So one about 15 hours later and another a little less than 18 hours later.

Both show delivery on the 24th.
 
Ordered mine from AT&T at 6:45AM EST and finally received my email. It didn't mention delivery dates so I assume I am in the first batch and should receive it on the 24th.

The order was always on my Order Status page so I wasn't really worried, but it's nice to finally have the email.
