I did for the camera. It was the main reason for me as I record a lot of videos for work and highest memory. Happy with it!

No. I'm keeping my iPhone 6S until September when the new iPhone comes out. The iPhone 7 doesn't have enough new/different features to my iPhone 6S for me to upgrade. Externally all they've done is move the antenna bands. Internally, well, I can live with my iPhone 6S being that fraction slower. ;)

I upgraded from a 6s plus to a 7 as I wanted a smaller form factor. The 7 offered me: OIS, water resistance, stereo speakers, new home button, wide color gamut display and a faster processor. I eventually ended up purchasing a Google Pixel because of the lack of headphone port as I didn't like having to use an adapter and I'm also not a huge fan of iOS 10. However, the 7 offers a lot on the spec sheet.

Nope, still running the 5s. Like to buy older technology on the cheap. Will be looking for the 6s late summer.

Yes. Well from a 6S+ to a 7. I wanted the smaller size.

I'm totally delighted with it. Beautiful phone. Best Apple has ever produced. Zero complaints.

Yes but only because my 6s needed the new battery exchange so I was faced with setting up a new phone anyway and I got 350 pounds for the 6s. However now I have I do notice the better camera and the headphone thing hasn't bothered me at all got an adapter and now the AirPods which just work.

Yes. I wanted a new phone, and I got one. 6S Plus to 7 Plus. Better camera, much better battery life, looks a heck of a lot nicer in matte black, home button is addicting. I'll get a new iPhone every year without fail.

I didn't, no

I bought the 7 and still have a 6s (2 actually)

Honestly...I am fortunate that I could afford and I wanted the 7

But the 7 is the most incremental iPhone upgrade since the original to the 3G

It's almost identical in speed, the cameras are about the same in daylight and marginally better (less noise) at night, the design is essentially the exact same, the screen is same resolution (side by side you can see the better colours but it is alsoa warmest hue....And the 6s had a very nice display to begin with)

Most importantly the performance....Is negligible. Sometimes 6s is actually faster. Same ram. Battery life a bit better

Those of you who stuck to your 6s devices were smart imo

Yes, I actually did upgrade from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone 7 and it only happened because I passed down my previous phone to a family member. Personally, it's a really gorgeous phone on the outside (I like both Black & Jet Black a lot more over Space Gray) but other than that there's very little noticeable difference. The absence of a headphone jack doesn't bother me so there's also that.

Overall, I wouldn't really recommend upgrading unless you absolutely have to.

How do you like the Pixel?

Wise strategy.

No, I upgraded from the 6 to the 6S and snubbed the 7 as the uk carriers slapped a £200 price hike on my contract and I didn't think the phone was good enough to justify it. The 6S was a good price and does a good enough job for my standard smartphone needs.

The loss of headphone jack also played its part as it's a feature I need and Apple screwed up there IMO.

the exactly same situation as me. i'm grabbing straws here trying to find something to look forward to (usually it was the speed) but apparently not this year. could it be that 7 is slower than 6s in certain tasks because of the low power cores? heard it lags more during scrolling in low power apps.

Upgraded from a 6 Plus to a 7 Plus - never got anything in the 6S family. I'm happy, but with a few minor issues that I'm 99.9% confident a restore will resolve, just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
