Why don’t more members have access to the marketplace? Makes no sense.

I posted my 38mm pollen sport band last week and yet I bet over half the members on the forum can’t even see what’s for sale. Frustrating for those of us who want to sell, buy, or even trade.

I suggested a dedicated watch band marketplace with lower entry requirements to the mods a few months back. They considered it but ultimately rejected the idea. I can understand their position and don’t expect them to change their mind.

Thanks but it still doesn’t make much sense to me. Either allow less restricted access for all to the marketplace, or let us all sell/buy/trade right here on this thread.

Let’s start a discord server. Where we can discuss bands or buy/sell/trade etc.

Ran by us, offsite, so the mods have no jurisdiction. Don’t see how they could stop us from sharing it since it would be no different from us sharing eBay or ABM or Mercari listings.

You wouldn’t even need to post the invite link publicly. I’m sure you have a list of people that would be interested in that idea. Just PM the invite link and boom we have a Bandaholic Secret Society.

Makes no sense at all...I buy/sell/trade bands like many others, made a post on here when first joining and got banned for a few weeks with no notice or message of why. It’s a poorly run forum. I would be super down for a discord, I’ve noticed not many people use Reddit, since modding over there we’ve had about 800 new users join, but the user base could be a lot larger.
