Discounts / Sales on OEM bands

Hey Guys I need your opinion...

I received an extra free sports watchband when I bought my S6 SS on Bestbuy, (Grapefruit 44mm) it's new never worn, but I stupidly opened the box to see it :confused: It's a very bright pink, but probably I'll never wear it.

Which site do you recommend to sell it or exchange it,

I want an orange watchband like Vitamin C, Spicy orange, Nectarine or another bright orange 42/44 mm new ;)

Is it safe to exchange or better sell my watchband and buy any of these elsewhere?

A quick search on eBay turned up at least 2 sealed Grapefruit bands in 44mm for $30. So, that’s probably about what you would get by selling it (minus eBay fees and shipping). Will Best Buy let you return for an exchange? If Best Buy has a color you like better, I would do an exchange if possible. Otherwise, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and Reddit are your best bet for selling.

My bad. Thanks for clarifying! So it's OG green after all. I saw the mention "2nd gen green" on this listing where he has all the bands and you can pick color and size, and where "Green - 2nd Generation" is featured in the dropdown menu. And the picture is the same as for the standalone listing, hence my assumption.

Ah, I would have been confused by that listing too. I didn't think there was a 2nd gen, but then I figured I just didn't possess enough esoteric band knowledge (yet)

Took me awhile, but I finally won a NIB black SB for $5 awhile back. One of those ebay listings they set low and no one else bid on. Another band I needed but wasn’t going to pay for. People need to realize that even if condition is new, pink, white and black often come with watch for free and the market is flooded therefore, aren’t worth much! I’ll keep an eye out for a new cheap black for ya.

I have a few I'm watching, but ugh. My husband is a maintenance lead at a company that makes and tests lasers in the field, so he gets them pretty nasty. I always try and make sure he has an extra he can just switch out with, but I failed. lol Thankfully he only wears them to work, and switches to a better band when he gets home, or on the weekends.

I don’t wipe mine down, but I also don’t wear them for 50 days straight and let my sweat and dead skin cells flood into the holes. Usually when I sell off bands, if they have more than a few days worth of wear, I’ll clean them.

it’s definitely still salvageable, just going to take some cleaning. I offered them 30.

Glad I’m not just missing something, because I couldn’t find coral anywhere. It appears to have a gold pin, if this photo helps?
