Has anyone been able to activate their account in the ATV app? Everytime I enter the activation code in my at moviesanywhere.com/link, all I get is "something went wrong" (a very descriptive error message :p).

Got same error with iTunes but then it said in the settings it was connected so not sure. However, I do not see my movies. I was able to connect Amazon without there error but I only have Movies in iTunes.

I didn't mean linking accounts, but activating the "Movies Anywhere" app on the ATV with an existing MA account. It displays a code on the ATV that you need to enter at the link above. iTunes is not involved.

I was able to do that once I got the URL right on my iPhone. I may have logged in first before Trying a second time.

Wow. That seems like a first for iTunes.

Yeah. It gave me 5 movies which also showed up in iTunes.

Come on Paramount. I’m missing 200 movies.

I’m also getting 6.1 audio on everything. Can anyone else confim?

The help center says no 4K at the moment, but if you have 4K the rights will transfer over. Seems that at some point it will support it. That would be fantastic. I just can’t believe it captures my iTunes catalog, that’s something. I will now be able to watch my iTunes collection on and XBox.

Wake me up when Disney discovers there are customers (= money to be earned) at the other side of the Atlantic Ocean and beyond the English Channel and North Sea as well.

It’s not just Disney. It’s all the content owners. Some of them already have exclusive distribution deals already in place. And this might just violate that.
