I noticed 21 to be much beefier in terms of hard drive space just to load and run. It is loaded with more AI oriented options but for the standard person who uses DR .. it is a bit too much. Luckily Blackmagic is not charging to upgrade for the Studio owners, but this may be the last freebee. For those who want to try it, you can use the non studio version for free.
 
I doubt they will stop offering the free version as in a sence it supprts studio since many that learn on free eventually buy studio. Also they could just say if you want all the advanced AI then you have to buy studio and leave AI locked out on the free version or offer less capable AI tools. No one knows but I doubt the free version will vanish anytime soon.
