So I'm laying here half asleep looking over NASA's night sky network website and reading about the upcoming solar eclipse this August. With my iPad laying on its side by my pillow, I look at the article image and think to myself, something looks a little phallic here....

So the question remains, is my tired old mind playing tricks on me or is NASA at full mast with the picture of these clouds?

Keep in mind I'm a little slap happy right now.😛😵

Yes phallic, but don't know why you equate this to having a dirty mind. Are you Catholic? 😉 🙂
 
I see what you're talking about, but had you not drawn my attention to something phallic in the photo I might not have noticed.

It looks like Cupid's Arrow to me, obviously representing love.

Why does it have a big vein running through it?

That's the streak as it flies through the air.
