Apple needs to increase the size of the screen! And if they don't do it this time around, we'll all be waiting until 2016. 2016! Now I won't say keeping the same screen size now will throw Apple into bankruptcy, because it won't. Even with the same size screen people will still buy it. But, it will cause a slowing in sales. "Why upgrade when my 5/5s screen is the same?"
If it does start a decline in sales, investors will be unhappy. Unhappy investors will boot Tim out, and Tim doesn't want that. Tim will increase the screen size, or face ****DAS BOOT****!
I'd say 4.5-4.7 is a good compromise. I have big hands, but I can use the iPhone 5 well. Sometimes though, I'll hit the wrong key on the keyboard. For instance, if were typing "MacBook" it would come out "NacBook" or "MacVook" or something similar. Only 1 key off, but it throw the whole conversation off if I send that in a text.
I do love the 16-9 display of the current iPhone for watching movies and movies only. Has anyone here tried to type on the iPhone 5/5s in landscape mode? Its ridiculous. You only have this tiny little sliver on the top to see what your typing. I wouldn't mind having a slightly wider iPhone to make it easier to type on while in portrait mode.
